Lobby Display
Bandstand follows the journey of a team of veterans attempting to find their way in society after the war. It is a story of the power of music to connect these men and society to each other, while still honoring their war histories with discussions of PTSD and social isolation. This lobby display was created in an effort to honor these stories and connect their truths more deeply to our team's personal histories. Each display board included photos, military titles, and personal stories from real-life veterans connected to members of the production. Additional information was provided in a binder about a set of local veterans invited to the production as well as a guest book for audience members to honor their veteran connections.
